I am looking for a book I read a long time ago. I don’t remember the name or author. It was about fairies.
A little girl met a man named michael and he told her a story about goblins and fairies. it was a love story as well.

Try George MacDonald. He wrote a couple of books that fit your story. They are ‘The Princess and the Goblins’ and ‘The Princess and Geordie’
